Defective Because my biological mother either could not or would not figure out a way to keep me I began to believe it was something inherently wrong with me. I was born with airways that were too small and paralyzed vocal cords. I had no sound for the first 3 months of my life. It seemed that these defects did not develop due to allergy or a mistake made by a doctor or nurse. These defects where built in. They came with the original design. There is no way to fix these types of defects. If something happens to a product after it leaves the factory it can be repaired. If a product is built in a way that it does not function the way it was intended there is no repairing it. In this case the product can not be repaired but needs to be discarded? There is no fixing it.http://www.rotlaw.com/legal-library/what-is-a-manufacturing-defect/“manufacturing defect” is a problem that becomes part of the product when it is made. The two most common causes of manufacturing defects are poor-quality materials and carelessness in putting the product together, or shoddy workmanship. A manufacturing defect is one that could be made less dangerous, or gotten rid of altogether, if the product were made with better-quality materials or was made by a more careful and experienced worker. (In contrast, a design defect makes the product dangerous no matter how well it is made or how carefully it is put together.)
ttps://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Product_defect A product defect is any characteristic of a product which hinders its usability for the purpose for which it was designed and manufactured. Am I beyond repair? Is there no fixing me?
